It may be a complementary plan to training for a sporting event, may be injury rehabilitation or it may just be something fun for you to get your fix when its not an option to make a class.
Home programs will start with an initial consultation, and from there you will receive a tailored plan, that can be a one off or reviewed at regular periods along with progression.
