Power Pilates with Sophie will work you top to toe, in a way you’ve never experienced It’s a workout but with emphasis on quality movement over quantity. Strong muscle contractions are counterbalanced with lengthening exercises and stretching to create a long, lean body. The practice is great for both men and women.
There is no impact, its all technique and bodily awareness. It will take you to your edge and you’ll see your body transform. Creating long and defined muscles, improving posture and serious stomach toning. A basic level of fitness is advised but not essential.
