Hashtag transformation and there’s millions of results, thousands of people losing weight, gaining weight, building muscles, showing off their new hair.. Hashtag yoga transformation and there’s just as many moving dangerously into shapes, backbends and splits.
Try to bring a little more presence to your day today. Each time you go to do a regular thing, pause and just take a deep breath.

If the mountain seems too big today
then climb a hill instead
The essence of meditation is an experience. We might be inspired or encouraged when reading about it, we might get some clarity when hearing some of the ideas around it or by discussing it with someone else.
Ultimately- unless we take the time to sit, pause and witness the thoughts in the mind were never going to experience the benefits.

You know what’s better than having goals? Having self-love.
Sometimes the things that weigh us down most are our negative thoughts. We believe that once we lose ‘the weight’, keep it off, or get back on the ‘clean eating’ food wagon – we will feel differently about ourselves.
