When our chakras are in balance, life energy flows freely through the body bringing positivity, peace and happiness.

Chakras often become blocked or imbalanced due to stress, emotional or physical problems. When energy can’t freely flow through the body a sense of being mentally or emotionally out of balance may occur. This may be through low mood, fluctuating energy levels, insecurity or simply a sense that things aren’t quite right.
