Pilates with at SOULBOX is a positive and unique experience – educating clients bodies through movement along with top to toe toning and body conditioning. Much more than an exercise class, time to discover how amazing you are designed to feel on both a mental and physical level. 

Each class will include spine mobility, strengthening sequences, deep stretches, postural work and serious stomach work. You will find modern exercise woven in with the classic pilates repertoire – with a sprinkle of mindfulness in each practice.
