It’s a sly animal this Yoga! It catches us, people like me and people like you. It opens a door, just enough to make you curious as to what’s on the other side. At first it seems a bit of a weird mystery, putting our body in positions, breathing and moving around a mat, all physical activities.

As humans we are far more likely to understand something on a physical level. Yet after a while, yoga has the ability to show us this is just the beginning. Learn to work on your mind, breath, emotions, energy, senses and layers upon layers of life experience. Going inwards isn’t always pleasant, but by dealing with things stuffed down, we make room for growth.
