Sometimes the things that weigh us down most are our negative thoughts. We believe that once we lose ‘the weight’, keep it off, or get back on the ‘clean eating’ food wagon – we will feel differently about ourselves.
TAKE A MOMENT TO REFLECT ON THIS.
If this sounds like you, give yourself permission to let go. Let go of the impossible standards you’ve set for yourself. Let go of the perfection (that’s not attainable). Youre already just fine, youre already enough for this world. You matter.
Don’t spend life beating yourself up on a daily basis.
We need to question WHY the phrase ‘I love my body ‘ – Immediately translates to ‘ I love the way my body looks ‘ - We can have self-love without pouring out self esteem. Weve been cultired to believe that its not acceptable to just be ok with ourselves. Conditioning is simply repeated habits over time - its possible to change - yes its hard.. but so simple and so worth it <3
Maybe the journey isn’t about becoming – maybe its about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you. So you can be who you were in the first place.
We don’t have to have everything figured out in order to move forwards
